无碱超低界面张力下二元复合体系对水驱残余油采收率的影响
Effect of polymer/amphoteric surfactant compound system on residual oil after water flooding in ultralow interfacial tension

摘  要: 通过可视化微观模型驱油实验,分析了聚合物/表面活性剂二元复合体系的界面张力和黏弹性对水驱后采收率的影响,为聚合物/表面活性剂二元复合体系的广泛应用提供理论基础.研究结果表明:随着二元复合体系与油间界面张力的降低,聚合物质量浓度和相对分子质量的增大,最终采收率和采收率的提高值逐渐增大;二元复合体系与油间界面张力达到超低(10-3mN/m数量级)时采收率提高幅度最大;聚合物溶液的黏弹性可以提高波及体积和驱油效率. Through oil displacement experiment in visualization micromodel, the effect of interfacial tension and viscoelasticity of the polymer/surfactant compound solution (in short SP) on recovery efficiency after water flooding is analyzed. The experiment foundation for the widespread using the SP EOR is provided. The results of investigation indicate that the ultimate recovery efficiency and increase of recovery efficiency is increased gradually with the reducing of interfacial tension between SP and oil and the increasing in mass concentration and relative molecule quality of polymer. The effect on increase of recovery efficiency is best under ultralow interfacial tension (10-3 mN/m in magnitude) between SP compound system condition. The viscoelasticity of the polymer can improve the swept volume and displacement efficiency.
