摘　　要： 从优秀篮球裁判员的素质发展与要求探究优秀裁判员必须具备重视学习与积累、明确工作目标与合理定位、正确对待临场工作中的成功与挫折、善于总结与提高、深刻理解并处理好竞技的本质与和谐的关系等5个要素。 The author probed into the makings of and requirements for an excellent basketball referee, and concluded that an excellent basketball referee must have such 5 makings as valuing knowledge learning and accumulation, clearly knowing the objectives and rational orientation of the job, correctly handling the success and frustration in the refereeing job, being good at experience summarization and skill enhancement, and profoundly understanding and nicely handling the relationship between the nature and harmony of competition.
