摘 要: 采用超声波辅助浸提法与减压蒸馏法提取核桃楸树皮中的胡桃醌,用分光光度法测定核桃楸树皮中胡桃醌的含量,并利用GC-MS联用技术对样品液的化学组成进行分析。研究结果表明:检测波长为426nm,核桃楸树皮中的胡桃醌含量为0.0933%,重复性良好;核桃楸树皮样品液在放置10h内稳定性良好;加样回收率为99.6%;GC-MS分析核桃楸树皮样品液中胡桃醌相对含量达到96.42%。 Juglone was extracted from the bark of Juglans mandshurica Maxim. by ultrasonic extraction method and underpressure distillation method. Juglone content was determined with UV spectroscopy, and the chemical composition of liquid product was also analysed by GC-MS. Restdt showed that the juglone content of extracted Juglarts mandshurica bark was 0.093 3 percent at 426 nm, and exhibited good repetition. The product with an average recovery of 99.6 percent had good stability within 10 hours after extraction. The relative content of juglone was 96.42 percent determined by GC-MS.
