摘　　要： 思想政治教育的个体价值在内容方面主要表现在个体思想和行为的导向、精神动力的激发、人格的塑造、思想和行为的规范调控等方面;在领域方面一般包括思想领域、智能领域、业务领域等方面。在现代社会条件下,思想政治教育的个体价值在内容和领域方面都有了新的发展,在内容方面由导向向主导、由激励向转化、由塑造向开发、由调控向协调等方面发展;在领域方面开始向网络、生活、心理、环境等领域延伸。 Individual value of ideological and political education in terms of the contents lies in such aspects as guidance of thoughts and behaviors, inspiration of spiritual motives, modeling of personalities, and regulation and monitoring of thoughts and behaviors as well. In terms of the scope it usually includes ideological, intellectual, and academic issues. Under circumstances of the modern society, new development is found in both the content and the scope. With respect to the content, it has developed from guiding to directing, from stimulating to converting, from molding to developing, from regulating and monitoring to adjusting. With respect to the scope, it has begun to extend to the network, life experience, psychology and environment.
