摘 要: 研究了硬石膏及其表面改性对聚丙烯(PP)复合材料的力学性能、球晶尺寸、熔点和结晶度的影响。结果表明:硬石膏能够增韧增强PP,经铝酸酯偶联剂改性的硬石膏的增韧增强效果比不改性更加明显;硬石膏的加入使得球晶尺寸减小,数量增加。硬石膏的加入可提高复合材料的熔点。同样填充量下改性剂的使用会降低复合材料的熔点,提高PP的结晶度。 The mechanical properties, spherulite size, melting point and crystallinity of the anhydrite/PP composites and the anhydrite modified by modifer/PP composites were studied. The result indicated that the anhydrite could toughen and reinforce PP. The anhydrite modified by aluminium coupling agent was more effecive than the unmodified anhydrite. The anhydrite caused spherulite size of PP diminishing, the quantity increasing. The anhydrite could improve the melting point of composites. The modifers could decrease the melting point of composites and improve the crystallinity of PP.
