摘 要: 本文在分析教师专业发展现状的基础上,将知识管理的思想和方法引入远程教育的教师专业发展领域中,主要对远程教育中基于知识管理的教师学习共同体及其构建进行了分析和探讨。 Based on the analysis of the teacher professionalism development,this paper introduces the idea and method of knowledge management into the field of teacher professionalism development in distance education,and discusses the teacher learning community which is based on knowledge management in distance education.
