摘 要: 报道了采用计算机集成自动化制备系统(CIAPS)制备的聚烯烃合成油和真空泵油基磁性液体的研究结果。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对其进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,所得到的材料是均匀分散、球形、单畴的立方相Fe3O4纳米材料,粒径集中在大约7~13nm范围,两种磁性液体的饱和磁化强度分别达到26.90kA/m和17.92kA/m。 Excellent polyalphaolefins- and vacuum pump oil-base magnetic liquids prepared by computer-integrated automatic preparation system (CIAPS). The structural characterization and property test of magnetic fluids conducted by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Vibrating Sample Magnetometry (VSM) were proved the superparamagnetic liquids with magnetic nanoparticles Fes 04 cores with single domain and the average grain size around 7 - 13 nm. The saturation magnetizations of PO - MF and VO - MF samples were 26. 90 kA/m and 17.92 kA/m.
