摘　　要： 用 Ehrlichs苏木精整体染色石腊切片法观察了苹果属变叶海棠( Malustoringodes ( Rehd.) Hughes)无融合生殖的胚胎学过程 ,发现其无融合生殖方式是体细胞无孢子生殖 ;大孢子母细胞早期或在行减数分裂前后发生退化 ,从大孢子母细胞到成熟胚囊期珠心体细胞均可特异化发育为无孢子生殖胚囊 ;无孢子胚囊发育极不规则 ,通常单个发生或两个以上发生而形成复合胚囊 ,复合胚囊通常只有 1个发育分化为未减数 8核胚囊 。 The mode of apomixis in (3x) Malus toringoides (Rehd.) Hughes is confirmed to be somatic apospory by Embryological observation on paraffin sections stained with Ehrlichs haemaloxylin; Megasporocyte or Megaspore degenerated before or after meiosis, Aposporic sacs orignated from somatic cells in the nucellus from the stage of megasporocyte to mature sacs, mutiple sacs consisting of two or more sacs are often found but only one sac can develop into a mature eight nuclei sac in a ovual, Fusion of some sacs caused sac to degenerate in some ovuals.
