摘　　要： 大学英语教学改革是我国高等教育改革的一项重要任务。本文结合当前的大学英语教学改革,探讨了改革给高校英语教师带来的挑战,分析了教师应如何进行角色的转换并提出促进教师角色转变的外界条件。 College-English-teaching reform is one of the important teaching reforms in Chinese high education. This paper explores some challenges of English teachers in colleges which is caused by the English teaching reform, analyzes how English teachers to change their roles and points out the conditions of their transformation.
