摘 要: 本文介绍了最近几年用植物细胞培养生产花青素的研究进展,包括:光诱导的研究、细胞生长与花青素积累的关系、外加刺激剂、培养基成分(碳源、氮源、无机离子及渗透压等)、生长素种类与含量对植物细胞积累花青素的影响以及选育高产细胞系、提高花青素产率的新方法等。 Anthocyanin production by plant cell culture technology had broad prospect.In this paper,current stitution of study and perspective of anthocyanin production by plant cell cul- tures was covered more systematically.It included biosynthesis of anthocyanin,tight induction,ef- fect of intermediate products on anthocyanin production,relationship between culture medium composition and pigment accumulation,effects of osmotic pressure in medium and permeabilizing agents on anthocyanin biosynthesis,selection of high production anthocyanin cell lines as well as adoption of immobilized cells and solid absorption technology.
