高弹性室温自交联丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液的制备

摘  要: 研制高弹性自交联聚合物乳液以克服常规乳胶涂料涂膜导致基层墙面开裂的弊端.采用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为自交联单体,聚马来酸钠为保护胶体,采用预乳化半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,制备出高弹性室温自交联乳液.研究软硬单体含量、乳化剂、引发剂、自交联单体、保护胶体等对聚合物乳液性能的影响.研究结果表明:当丙烯酸丁酯的质量为60%,甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量为40%,非离子乳化剂和阴离子乳化剂的质量配比为3∶1,引发剂的质量为0.6%,自交联单体的质量为2%,保护胶体的质量为0.4%时,可以制备出高弹性自交联乳液. Self-crosslinkable latex at room temperature with high elasticity is prepared to overcome the drawback of crack on the wall surface. Self-crosslinkable latex at room temperature with high elasticity is prepared when N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide is used as self-crosslinkable monomer, and poly solidum maleate is applied as protective colloid, and pre-emulsified and semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerization is adopted. Influences of content of soft monomer and hard monomer, emulsifiers, initiators, self-crosslinkable monomer and protective colloid on the properties of emulsion are studied. Results show that self-crosslinkable latex at room temperature with high elasticity can be prepared when amount of butyl acrylate is 60 %, and amount of methyl methacrylate is 40 %, and mass ratio of nonionic emulsifier to anionic emulsifer is 3:1, and amount of initiator is 0.6%, and amount of self-crosslinkable monomer and protective colloid is 2 % and 0.4 % respectively.
