摘 要: 采用溶剂萃取法提取桑椹果实中的挥发性成分,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析(GC-MS),在成熟的桑椹中共检出了35个峰,鉴定出了30种挥发性化合物,占总峰面积的99.90%。质量分数较高的化合物依次是二十醇(28.51%),二十四烷(16.55%),二十七烷(16.39%),乙酸十八醇酯(11.88%),十九烯(8.98%),维生素(5.71%),丁酸十八醇酯(4.2%),棕榈酸(1.15%),邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(0.84%)。 The volatile compounds of the mulberry fruit were extracted by dichloromethane and organic extracts were concentrated to 1 mL. GC-MS analysis was performed by Thermo Finnigan TRACE DSQ chromatograph equipped with capillary column coated with RtxR-5MS. 35 peaks were separated and 30 kinds of components were identified, 99.90% of total peak area. The components mainly included n-Eicosanol(28.51% ), Tetracosane( 16. 55% ), Heptacosane( 16.39% ), Octadecyt acetate( 11.88% ), Nonadecene(8.98% ), Tocopherol(5, 71% ), Octadecyl butyrate (4.2%), n-Hexadecanoic acid ( 1. 15% ), and Diisooctyl phthalate (0.84%).
