摘　　要： 本文从分析现代社会能源应用现状与高科技发展的形势等方面阐述了高等院校开设公共选修课《化学电源》的必要性,探讨了如何提高该课程的教学效果,强调应加强学生的环保意识和社会责任感的培养。 The necessary of public elective course-chemical power was illuminated from the situation of social power application and the development of novel technology. Then it was preliminary explored that how to improve the teaching effect of the course. The consciousness of environmental protection and social responsibility was emphasized.
