摘 要: 采用扩大试验法,通过在酶脱墨过程中外加无机盐的方法,研究了Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、NH_4^+、Cu^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、Al^(3+)等金属离子的存在对纤维素酶脱墨效果的影响。结果表明:Al^(3+)、Mg^(2+)、Cu^(2+)等对酶的催化脱墨行为有抑制作用,对尘埃度的影响有Al^(3+)>Cu^(2+)>Mg^(2+)的结果。Fe^(3+)、Mn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)、NH_4^+ 4种离子对纤维素酶脱墨有催化或激活作用,对比其促进脱墨作用效果有Fe^(3+)>Mn^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>NH_4^+。应用条件为Ca^(2+)浓度在1.2%,Mn^(2+)浓度<0.6%时,NH_4^-用量0.2%。 The influences of seven common metal ions in secondary pulp on cellulose enzymztic deinking effects were studied. The three main indexes as deinked pulp dust, white and yield were reviewed. The results showed: Al^3+, Mg^2+, Cu^2+ had inhibitory effects on enzyme acts on waste paper deinking. The effects of dust degrees had the results Al^3+〉Cu^2+〉Mg^2+. Fe^3+, Mn^2+, Ca^2+, NH4^+ could acticate the cellulase deinking ability, the promoting effect was Fe^3+ 〉 Mn^2+〉 Ca^2+ 〉 NH4^+, with the promoting conditions for Ca^2+ ion concentration in 1.2%, Mn4^+〈 0.6%, NH4^+ at 0.2%.
