Co-P-碳纳米管化学复合镀层的性能及结构研究

摘  要: 采用化学镀的方法,将碳纳米管(CNT)作为第二相加入化学镀钴、磷镀液中,制得以Co-P-CNT为主的复合镀层。其中钴含量达41.4%,CNT含量达21.1%。采用显微硬度分析,磨损试验等方法对不同粒度的碳纳米管镀层进行了摩擦学性能和耐腐蚀性能等方面的对比;并运用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对镀层的晶相结构进行了分析。结果表明,CNT的加入使复合镀层显微硬度下降,但耐腐蚀性和耐磨性提高;镀层内单质钴的钴峰产生了晶格畸变,晶格常数变小。 Carbon nanotubes(CNT)were used as the second phase and added to the Co-P electroless solution to prepare Co-P-CNT composite coatings.The microhardness of the composite coatings containing carbon nanotubes with different grit sizes was measured,while the friction and wear behavior and corrosion resistance of the composite coatings were comparatively investigated.Moreover,the crystal structure of the composite coatings was analyzed using X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.It was found that the cobalt content and CNT content(mass fraction)in the composite coatings were as much as 41.4% and 21.1%,respectively.The introduction of the carbon nanotubes contributed to decreasing the microhardness of the electroless Co-P coating and greatly increasing the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating.The phases in the composite coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.Moreover,Co in the electroless Co-P-CNT composite coatings experienced lattice distortion,which led to a decrease in the lattice constants.
