摘　　要： 通过对T108t拐轴断口的宏观检查、材料的微观结构分析和力学性能的测试,特别是通过对断口电镜扫描照片的分析,判断出此拐轴断裂属低应力脆性断裂,这是轴断裂中少见的一种情形,为轴的失效分析提供了有效的参考资料。 With macroscopic inspection of the fracture, microscopic structure analysis of the material and mechanics performance test, specially with the fracture electron microscope scanning picture analysis of the T108-ton axle, it is pointed out that this crank shaft break is of the low stress brittle fracture, the axle fracture is a rare case, which provides the effective reference for the axis expiration analysis.
