摘　　要： 网络教学资源的不断发展,使得设计并整合这些教学资源以便能够充分利用成为一种必须。通过分析和比较国内外各种专业教学资源库,在此基础上设计并实现了基于Internet的初等数学教学资源库,并详细探讨了如何解决系统实现过程中的公式编辑、动态作图、数据检索等关键技术。 The development of internet teaching resource make it possible to design and integrate them for more efficiency. From analysis and comparation the specialized teaching resource from abroad and home this paper presents a teaching resources system of primary mathematics on internet, and discusses how to solve the key technical including formula edition, dynamic drawing, data searches, etc in the practice.
