摘　　要： 实验以香白糯玉米为供试材料,通过不同的培养条件比较优化玉米胚植株再生体系,考察不同胚龄、不同的培养基对糯玉米幼胚的愈伤诱导、分化、成苗的影响。用根癌农杆菌GV3850介导转化了CpTI和Bar基因,获得5株PCR和Southern杂交表现阳性的植株,建立了农杆菌在香白糯玉米上的基因转化体系。 The paper got the optimized regenerative system from immature embryo by comparing the different tissue culture mediums and examining the infection rate in different phases of different aged maize embryos.
