摘 要: 采用机理建模方法对丙烯在环管反应器中的液相聚合过程进行了模型化研究。分析了流体在反应器中的混合模式,并联用机理分析方法建立了环管反应器中丙烯液相聚合微观数学模型(方程组)。此外,应用所建立的模型分析了工业上几种典型的非稳态操作过程。结果表明,在非稳态操作下,模拟结果和工业数据吻合较好。 The propylene polymerization in a liquid-phase loop reactor was simulated based on the polymerization mechanism. According to the analysis for the flow behavior in the loop reactor and the mechanism for the propylene polymerization, the micro-model for the propylene polymerization in the loop reactor at non-steady operation conditions was developed and implemented. Moreover, the proposed model was used to simulate several typical dynamic polymerizations in industry. The investigated results showed that the simulated results matched quite well with the industrial data.
