摘　　要： 近年来海外证券交易所进行公司制改革已成趋势,全球证券交易所竞争日趋激烈、证券市场结构变革加速发展,我国证券交易所也面临着体制转轨与迎接竞争的双重挑战。在此国际大环境影响下,结合我国证券市场发展现状,对证券交易所是否应进行公司制改革提出建议,并指出其对其目标与阶段深入分析无疑十分必要。 Recently, making bourses corporate has become a leading tendency. The competition all over the world become more and more intense, while the reform of the construction of securities＇ market develops hastily , so that the bourse in China is also facing the double challenges of system＇ s transformation and international competition. Under the of this international environment, it is very necessary that we should combine the current development situation of the securities＇ market of China, so that we can put forward the suggestions about making bourses corporate, and point out its goals as well as stages.
