摘 要: 作物产量和品质的形成与碳水化合物、蛋白质及脂肪代谢密切相关. The formation of the yield and quality of crop has close connection with carbohydrate,protein and oil metabolism.The authors have stated comprehenstively the advances in the studies of the adjustment of the metabolism of the three above mentioned matters.
