摘 要: 于2006年8月记录了珠江入海口5个大面站位的网采浮游植物。经初步鉴定共计5门54属119种(包括6个变种,不包括若干未定名种)。此次网采浮游植物以淡水硅藻和绿藻为主,硅藻64种,约占总种数的53.78%,其中出现频率较高的属有菱形藻(Nitzschia)、小环藻(Cyclotella)、针杆藻(Synedra)等;绿藻门次之37种,常见属有栅藻(Scenedesmus)、盘星藻(Pediastrum)和新月藻(Closterium)。浮游植物细胞密度为2.085×105~2.40×106ind./m3,平均值为1.0443×106ind./m3,其中S2水域的细胞密度最高,S1次之、S3至S5依次减少。对多项群落特征参数如多样性和相似性等进行了分析,结果表明其生物多样性及物种丰富度都较高;其群落结构除S2外,各站位均处于相对稳定状态;站位之间群落组成的相似性不高。 Features of phytoplankton community were studied based on the data of samples, which were hauled from the bottom to the surface with 25# plankton-net in August 2006 at five Pearl River Openings. Five phyla including 54 genera and 119 species (including 6 variations, except unidentified taxa)were found in surveyed area, most of which were oligohalobie species. The main species were diatom, and the less one was ehlorella(green alga). 65 species that was 53.78% of total species belonged to Bacillariophyta(diatom), such as Nitzschia, Cylotella, Synedra, and so on. 37 species belonged to Chlorophyta, Scenedesmus, Pediastrum and Closterium were common. The phytoplankton cell abundance ranged from 2. 085× 10^5 to 2.40 × 10^6 ind/m^3 , the average value was 1. 0443 × 106 ind./m3. The highest value appeared in station 2. Station 1 was a little less than station 2, then the sum of cells from station 3 to 5 decreased in order. Generally speaking, the results of the investigation indicated that the phytoplankton bio-diversity of each station was relatively high and the community structure was quite stable, except S2. The similarity index told that there were much spatial heterogeneity between every two stations.
