摘 要: 建立了未衍生毛细管气相色谱法直接测定金思力胶囊中α-亚麻酸含量的方法。结果表明,在0.541~109.7 ng,峰面积A与α-亚麻酸的质量m呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 7(n=7)。同一对照品溶液连续进样6次时,峰面积的相对标准偏差为1.21%。以S/N=3计算,方法的检出限为0.25 ng。被分析的金思力胶囊样品中α-亚麻酸的百分含量为4.29%(RSD=0.76%,n=5),平均回收率为101.3%(RSD=2.80%,n=5)。 A determination method of α-linolenic acid in the capsule of Jinsili was developed with the underivatized capillary gas chromatography(GC). The result showed the calibration curve ( A = 4.792 1 m + 47.815 ) was found to be linear over the range of 0.541 - 109.7 ng ( r = 0.9997, n = 7 ) and the detection limit was 0.25 ng ( S/N = 3). The average recovery was 101.3 % and their relative standard derivation ( RSD ) was 2.80% ( n = 5 ), When a same sample was analyzed for 6 times,the RSD of the area of the peak for α-linolenic acid was 1,21 %. The percentage of α-linolenic acid in the determined capsule of Jinsili was 4.29% (RSD =0.76% ,n =5).
