摘　　要： 介绍了接地板多工位级进模的结构特点和设计要点,分析了模具设计中的技术问题,得出了排样设计和解决内凹弯曲件的卸料问题的方法,对同类零件的模具设计有一定的借鉴作用。 The structure characteristics and design key points for multi-step progressive die for bracket were introduced. The techniques used in die design were analyzed. The layout design and solutions to the problem of discharge of internal concave bent part were obtained. The proposed method could be considered as reference to die design of similar part.
