摘　　要： 广东男排后备人才身高较低,但弹跳力好,且具有技术细腻、熟练、实用,快攻战术灵活多变的特点。广东男排应同时引进有发展前途的高大副攻队员,加强拦网环节,与广东排球灵活快速、多变细腻的技战术特点相结合。广东省应加大经费投入,资助青少年男排多参加全国性比赛。 Backup talents for the men＇s volleyball team of Guangdong have a short stature but good bouncing power; they are characterized with exquisite, skillful and practical techniques as well as flexible and multivariant fast break tactics; the men＇s volleyball team of Guangdong should combine talent introduction with talent cultivation, introduce tall attach assisting team members promising for further development, strengthen block training, and combine the talents with the flexible, fast, multivariant and exquisite technical and tactical characteristics of the men＇s volleyball team of Guangdong. Guangdong province should increase its investment to financially support the male teenage volleyball team Of Guangdong to participate in more national contests.
