摘　　要： 根据西安小户型住宅现状,对城市环境与小户型住宅可持续发展的相互影响进行了阐述,并针对城市环境介绍了促进“小户型”住宅可持续发展的基本途径,以促进西安城市住宅的可持续发展。 According to the development situations of the dwelling with medium and small-sized unit type in Xi＇an the interaction between urban environment and the sustainable development of the dwelling with medium and small-sized unit type is discussed. In view of the actions of urban environment measures to promote the development of the residence suitable for small families is discussed in order to promote the sustainable development of Xi＇an.
