摘 要: 采用固相微萃取与气相色谱—质谱联用测定饮用水中5种常见的土霉味物质,研究了萃取温度、盐含量、萃取时间和溶液pH值等操作条件对分析方法的影响。得到的优化分析条件如下:萃取温度为65℃、盐含量为25%、萃取时间为1 h;该方法的相对标准偏差<10%,样品的加标回收率≥89%。 A sensitive method of solid phase microextraction (SPME) followed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used for analyzing five kinds of common earthy-musty odorants. The effects of extraction temperature, salt content, extraction time, pH and other operation conditions on the analysis method were investigated. The resulting optimal conditions are 65 ~C for the extraction temperature, 25% for salt concentration and 1 h for extraction time. The relative standard deviations of the method are below 10%. The recovery rate of standard addition in the sample is over 89%.
