摘　　要： 喷油器由于长期在高温高压下工作,很容易造成密封不严、滴油和雾化不良等故障。这些故障不及时修复就可能产生冒黑烟、功率不足、燃烧系统有异响、拉缸和活塞烧顶等严重故障。因此提出了喷油器故障的检测方法。 Since the injector has worked for a long time under high temperature and high pressure,it is easy to create seal damage,oil leakage and bad atomization and so on breakdowns which would make engine produce black mist, insufficient power, queer sound,cylinder injury and piston top fever,if the fault is not repaired in time.This article puts forward the examination method for injector common failures.
