摘 要: 通过对较大尺寸的45钢模具零件的900℃短时高温加热淬火试验及应用,证明在不进行加热保护的条件下,不仅可以最大限度地利用现有淬火加热设备,同时可以解决常规热处理过程中零件表面出现的氧化脱碳及变形开裂问题,缩短零件的热处理生产周期1/5以上,减少了保护工装费用,降低了热处理生产成本。 This thesis expands the experimentation and application ot the snort-time high-temperature quenching for more size 45 steel mould parts. It proved, under the non-thermal protection, the technology could utilize the existing heating equipment of quenching and resolve the problem of the oxidative decarburi- zation and the deformation of cracking on the parts" surface during the heat treatment. The technology could shorten the heat treatment production circle, decrease the charge of protecting the frock and reduce the cost of production of the heat treatment.
