摘 要: 采用自身对照的方法,对52名女性参加16周肚皮舞练习前后身体形态指标和机能指标进行测试。研究结果表明,肚皮舞练习能明显改善女性形体特征,提高呼吸系统、心血管系统的机能水平以及身体柔韧性、平衡能力,对女性内分泌也有一定疗效。 Using self-reflection methods to test the body shape and physiological function of 52 females who have joined belly dance training for 16 weeks against the original. It was concluded that belly dance training can improve the female body posture effectively, enhance their function of respiration and cardiovascular system, improve their flexibility and counterpoise ; and also have certain effects on menstruation disorders.
