摘 要: 目的探讨情商运用在实习护生带教中作用的调查分析与相关策略。方法采用座谈、问卷调查的方法对156名实习学员的意识情商和情感智商进行调查、打分,分析评估其积分。结果156份调查表全部收回,回收率为100%。积分〉250分属“高情商”者有17人(占10.89%),积分〉150分属“平均数水平”者有39人(占25.00%);积分〉100分属“平均数水平”者有85人(占54.48%);积分〈100分的15人,属“低情商”、“情商很成问题”者仅占10.00%左右。结论不同实习护生有不同情商指数,根据测得的情商资料,挑选高素质的带教教师、制定情商培养方案对于实习护生带教具有重要意义;情商高低不是与生俱来的,而是后天培养和训练的结果,在教学中加强对护生情商的培养是提高护士素质的必要途径。 Objective To study the application of emotional quotient (EQ) in clinical practice training for nurses and related strategies. Methods Totally 156 intern nurses were investigated by questionnaire and interview, and the indexes of EQ were analyzed statistically. Results The rate of questionnaire collection was 100%. Seventeen nurses ( 10.89% ) with index〉250 had high EQ, 39 nurses (25.00% ) with index〉150 were attributed to the average EQ, and 85 nurses (54.48% ) with index〉 100 were attributed to low EQ. Only 15 nurses ( 10.00% ) with index 〈 100 were attributed to having problematic EQ. Conclusion Each individual has her own EQ index. It is significant for fieldwork EQ education of nurses to select qualified teachers with high quality and draw up the teaching scheme based on the EQ index from clinical investigation, The index of EQ, not innate, can be improved through training and practicing. Cultivating intern nurses' EQ in teaching is an indispensable way to improve the quality of Nurses.
