摘　　要： 持续的中美贸易顺差源于多方面的因素,其中很重要的一个原因是美国和东亚诸国的产业升级以及对华产业转移,特别是劳动密集型加工环节的转移所导致的产品内分工和产品内贸易。本文实证分析表明,产品内贸易与中美贸易顺差存在长期的协整关系,是产生中美之间结构性贸易顺差的根源。 The lasting Sino-USA trade surplus is the result of various factors, of which one dominant factor is the intraproduct specialization and intraproduct trade accompanying the industry upgrading in the USA and other Eastern Asian countries and the transfer of some industries, especially the transfer of some labor intensive processing stages to China. The empirical test of this paper illustrates that there exists a long-run cointegration relationship between intraproduct trade and Sino-USA trade surplus, which is the root of the structural Sino-USA trade surplus.
