摘 要: 借鉴概率统计中的期望、方差、N(0,1)正态分布与置信区间等理论,以薪酬考评中岗位测评为背景,利用岗位测评量化指标,建立了一套严格的岗位价值动态测评方法,通过加权集与数字对称交换等算法设计,不仅能快速确定岗位价值,而且能大大减少岗位重测的可能性与测试次数,有利于工作效率的提高与测试的准确性。 A precise dynamic method for evaluating post value is presented based on the principle of probability statistic, such as expectation, variance ,normal school about N(0, 1 ) and confidence interval, etc, which is on the backgrounds of post values about pay. Through the algorithms design of weight set and number exchanging symmetrically, it can not only ascertain post values quickly, but also reduce evaluating times and decrease possibility of reevaluating, help to enhance work efficiency and veracity.
