摘　　要： 分别于７，１４，２８，４２和５６日龄分离火鸡疱疹病毒疫苗组（Ｈ）和健康对照组（Ｃ）雏鸡的淋巴细胞并测定其化学发光（ＣＬ）值。结果，Ｈ组雏鸡不同时期胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊各免疫器官淋巴细胞ＣＬ值均不同程度高于ｃ组雏鸡（Ｐ＞０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示火鸡疱疹病毒（ＨＶＴ）疫苗促使淋巴细胞产生高水平的活性氧自由基。 The experiment was carried with two groups of chicks, H group were vaccinated with HVT at one-day-old, C group as control. Lymphocytes- Chemilunescence (Ly-CL) was detected at 7, 14, 28, 42 and 56 days after vaccination. Results: CL values of lymphocytes from spleen, thymus and bursa of Fabricous of H group were higher than c group significantly at almost period. These results suggested that HVT enhance active oxygen radical peneration of lymphocytes of chicks, thus stimulate chicks immuno-protection.
