摘 要: 通过有机化合物波谱分析的方法,对气化模材料热裂解后进入涂料和型砂中的产物进行了分析研究。结果表明,这些裂解产物的组成非常复杂,有芳香烃、高级烷烃、烯烃和酯类等。根据这些结果。 The thermal degradation products of the expandable pattern material for EPC in coating and mould sand are studied by spectrometric identification of organic compounds. The results show that the compositions of the thermal degradation products are complicate. There are aromaties, high alkaneses, alkenes and esters, etc. According to the results, the thermal degradation mechanism of expandable pattern material (EPS) is studied.
