摘　　要： 为了提高企业实施ERP的成功率,针对ERP实施过程中评价方法的选择,按不同类别综述了具有代表性的典型评价方法,分析了各种评价方法的特点,比较了各种方法的优劣和适用性,并归纳了评价方法的发展趋势;给出了相应ERP不同实施阶段评价的适用评价方法,以确保评价的准确性与有效性。 To improve the success rate of ERP implementation in enterprises and facing the problems of evaluation methods selection during the ERP implementation, reviewed a serial representative classic evaluation methods according to different sorts of method. Analysed the characters of each evaluation method and compared their properties of advantages and disadvantages and the adaptability of each method. Summarized the future development trends of evaluation methods. Proposed proper evaluation methods to match different stages of ERP implementation to ensure the evaluation result is accurate and effective.
