摘　　要： 图书馆集群管理是城市图书馆发展的必然选择。本文以东莞图书馆实施总分馆制建立集群管理模式作为案例,介绍图书馆集群管理的具体做法和初步效果,探讨集群管理的发展路径和实现方式,以期对正起步发展的城市图书馆集群管理提供思路和参考。 Cluster management of the library is the inventible choice for developing the urban library. Taking that Dongguan Library carries out center-branch library system to establish cluster management model for example, this paper introduces the detailed practice and initial results of cluster management of the library, and discusses the developing path and realization way of cluster management. It aims to provide ideas and references for cluster management of the urban library in the starting and development period.
