摘 要: 通过添加外源纤维素酶对甜菊糖甙的提取进行了研究。结果表明,酶法浸提甜菊糖甙的适宜条件为:浸提温度45~50℃,浸提液的pH4.5~5.0,纤维素酶用量0.20%,浸提时间100~120min,料水比1∶11。 In this paper, experiments were conducted to study the effect of exogenous cellulose on the extraction of steviosides from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. The results showed that the suitable extraction conditions were temperature 45-50℃, extraction time 100-120min, the ratio of material to water was 1:11, cellulase of 0.20%, and pH of water at 4.5-5.0.
