摘　　要： 分析了发展农村电子商务的必要性以及存在的问题,探讨了在新农村建设中发展电子商务的战略措施,提出了一种适合新农村的电子商务实施模式。 This paper analyzes on the necessity of developing the rural E-commerce and some existing problems, probes into the strategic measures for developing the E-commerce in the construction of the new countryside, and advances a mode of implementing E-commerce that is suitable to the new countryside.
