摘 要: 从知识管理角度来看,新产品开发的过程就是一个知识创造的过程。这个过程包括多个知识主体:研发企业、供应商、竞争者、用户、科研/咨询机构等。首先基于知识创造理论分析了新产品开发中的知识流,并在这个基础上探讨了各个知识主体在新产品开发过程中的知识作用,进而运用改进的基于企业学习能力的企业研发合作契约稳定性模型,对企业—供应商和企业—科研/咨询机构进行了初步探讨。 New product development actually is a process of knowledge creation from knowledge aspect. This process includes many knowledge entities: new product development enterprises, suppliers, users, competitors, research institutions, consultation enterprises, and so on. Firstly, we analyze the knowledge flow of new product development based on the knowledge creation the- ory. Then we discuss the function of knowledge entities in new product development. Finally, we use the improved model of Learning Ability and the Stability of the R&D Cooperation to discuss two relationships: new product development enterprises and suppliers, new product development enterprise and research institutions/consultations enterprises.
