摘　　要： 研究了初轧钢坯表面水丝皱折的各种金相形态，获得了其产生和演变过程的重要信息；特别是对皱折中焊合现象成因的揭示，指出了缺陷的形成与生产过程中各操作环节的关系。从而提出了防止缺陷产生的生产性措施。 Having carefully investigated the diverse metallographic morphologies of watering wrinkles on the surface of rolled blooms , the important information on occuring and changing of this kind of defect is obtained. On the basis of the discovered welding phenomenon of the wrinkles , the relationship between the development of the defects and the operation of rolling has been dis- covered. The protective measures in production are proposed.
