摘　　要： 关于温庭筠的卒年,学术界目前有三种说法：866年说、870年说以及882年说。在温庭筠的籍贯问题上,学术界大致有三种看法：太原说、江南说、鄠县说。在世系问题上,有“六世孙”说和“八世孙”说两种。 Wen Tingyun is one of the attention focus for most of the literature researchers of Tang Dynasty. There has been three opinions about Wen Tingyun＇s died year in academic circles. About native place and linege, there are several different standpoints, until now, some problem are also controversial. The author analyzes the problems in the research, so as to expand and purify our research.
