摘 要: 土壤中残留二氯喹啉酸可致烟草生长畸形,为了缓解对烟草生长的影响,设计了不同的解毒剂处理,评价其解毒的效果。采用盆栽试验,模拟田间施用二氯喹啉酸的不同的剂量,混土处理可造成烟草畸形生长,并且随着质量分数的加大,畸形症状加重。选用赤霉素、植保素、油菜素内酯、水杨酸、生石灰和活性炭对畸形烟草进行解毒试验。解毒试验结果表明:生石灰、活性炭对二氯喹啉酸处理的土壤造成烟草畸形有很好的缓解作用。当生石灰施用量为300kg·hm-2和600kg·hm-2时,虽生石灰对二氯喹啉酸引起的烟草畸形有一定的减轻症状作用,但不能使烟草恢复正常。当活性炭质量分数为93.75kg·hm-2时,烟草生长正常,畸形症状可恢复到正常的生长水平。继续增大活性炭的用量,对烟草生长不产生不良影响。对残留二氯喹啉酸的土壤处理具有指导意义。 In order to reduce the influence bring by quinclorac in soil to tobacco, we assayed the activity of some antidotes of quinclorac on tobacco. Using pot experiment, adding the quinclorace to soil at different concentration and inducing the deformity of growth of tobacco, then we evaluated the effect of detoxication by adding gibberellic acid, brassinolide, phytoalexin, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid, quick lime and active carbon to the test pot, respectively. The results showed that quick lime and active carbon could make the deformity resume to normal tobacco. In the concentration of 300 kg·hm^-2 and 600 kg·hm^-2 quick lime had a good effect to deformity tobacco, but the tobacco can not resume normal completely. But it was concluded that tobacco could normally grow when the active carbon was in the concentration of 93.75 kg·hm^-2 and when increasing the concentration of active carbon there was no obvious influence on the tobacco.
