摘　　要： 政府信任对于政治系统的秩序维持和持续发展具有重要的影响。一个理性的政府应该选择与公众建立良好的政治互动关系。就政府信任的生成而言,政府信任高低与否的根本原因在于公众对政府的认知与公共期望之间的落差大小;就政府信任的价值而言,政府信任具有重要的政治功效。 The trust in government has the important influence on maintaining the order and sustaining development of the political system, a rational government should establish the good political interaction relation with the public. In regard to the creation of the trust in government, the basic reason that the trust in government is high or low lies in the gap between the perception and public expectation on the government; In regard to the effect of the trust in government, the government trust has the important political value significance.
