摘　　要： 本文对介质绝缘和结式绝缘两种双极工艺进行了比较分析,讨论了用介质绝缘双极工艺来实现程控数字交换机单块用户接口集成电路高压功能的优越性。指出介质绝缘双极工艺是实现既经济又优良的电信通信用集成电路的主要工艺。 Two bipolar technologies of dielectric insulation and junction insulation are compared and analyzed, and the advantages using dielectric insulation bipolar technology to implement high voltage function of monolithic user interface integrated circuit are discussed. The paper points out that the dielectric insulation bipolar technology is main technology for implementing integrated circuit used in communication.
