摘　　要： 当前虚拟企业、外包、供应链准一体化、企业集团、战略联盟、企业集群等企业网络组织形式大量出现,科斯的市场、科层二分法越来越不符合经济现实,而市场、网络、科层三分法却可以对此进行合理的解释。文章探讨了科斯的二分法、威廉姆森的混合组织形式以及市场、网络、科层三分法,并强调网络组织的重要性。 Nowadays there are many network organizations among enterprises , such as Fictitious firm, Outsource, Quasi Integration of Supply Chain, Corporation Group, Strategy Alliance and Corporation Cluster. Dichotomy theory of market and hierarchy by Coarse can＇ t explain it more and more, but the trichotomy theory ofmarket ,networks,hierarchycan do it. This paper deeply discusses ＂dichotomy theory of market and hierarchies＂, ＂hybrid organization forms theory＂ and ＂trichotomy theory ofmarket,networks ,hierarchy ＂and emphasizes essentiality of network organization.
