摘 要: 从生产和基础研究出发,通过碳源、氮源、C/N、pH值、生长因子、光照、湿度等试验,同时设计正交试验,初步研究了粤北香菇的生物学特性.结果表明,碳源、氮源、pH值、光照、湿度对茼丝体的生长影响极显著.正交试验中各因素的影响由强到弱依次为光照、生长因子、C源和N源.香菇菌丝生长的最佳碳源、氮源和生长因子为葡萄糖、黄豆粉和Vc,最适碳氮比是20~30:1,最适pH是5.0,最适湿度为60%,培养需避光. The biological characteristics of Lentbuda edodes in north Guangdong was preliminarily studied through the experiments of carbon source, nitrogen source, C/N, pH value, growth factor, illumination and humidity and orthogonal experiment. The results showed the carbon source, nitrogen somrce, pH value, illumination and humidity had evident effect on the mycelium of/ Lertirula, edodes. In orthogonal experiment, the order of effect degree from strong to weak in all the factors were illumination, growth factor, cadbon and nitrogen source. The optimum carbon, nitrogen'sourees and growth factors were glucose, soybean powder and Vc respectively, the optimum ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 20-30:1 and the optimum pH and humidity were 5.0 and 60% respectively. It was very important for the growth of mycelium to avoid light.
