摘 要: 运用工作家庭冲突量表和自我工作效能感量表对贵州企业员工进行调查,考察工作家庭冲突、家庭工作冲突和自我工作效能感的关系。结果表明,工作家庭冲突与自我工作效能感各因子(总体效能感因子除外)呈显著负相关。家庭工作冲突与自我工作效能感各因子呈显著负相关。自我工作效能感能有效地降低工作家庭冲突和家庭工作冲突。 This article studies the relations between work-family conflict, family-work conflict and jobrelated self efficacy. 147 participants chosen randomly from enterprises in Guizhou were tested with the work-family conflict scale and job-related self efficacy scale . The result shows that work-family conflict has a remarkable negative relatuion to all the factors of job-related self efficacy, except global efficacy, and family-work conflict has a remarkable negative association to all the factors of job-related self efficacy. Job-related self efficacy is an important , maybe the most influencing factor on work-family conflict and family-work conflict.
