摘 要: 计算了30MnCrNiMoB用正交切削形成绝热剪切带(ASB)的应变和温升,结果表明随着切削速度的增加ASB内应变增大而温度升高.电镜观察发现切削速度小于1.123m·s-1时,ASB内组织严重碎化,而切削速度为1.57m·s-1时,ASB组织为再结晶组织表明在一定条件下绝热剪切过程伴随着动态再结晶,ASB中碳化物起促进再结晶作用. The strain and temperature rise within the adiabatic shear bands (ASB)produced by orthogonal cutting in 30MnCrNiMoB steel are calculated. The results show that the values of the strain and the temperature rise are inereased with increasing of the cutting speed. Observations by TEM show that the Structures of the ASB produtal at the cutting spes less than 1. 123m / s are the fragmental and the dynamic recrytallhahon occurs during the formation of the ASB at the cutting speed of 1.57m / s. Additionally, the carbides aaslerate mainly the recrystallization process.
