摘　　要： 中小企业普遍存在着资本结构不合理、融资风险意识差、投融资决策缺乏整体观念等问题,“融资难”已成为制约其健康发展的瓶颈。中小企业在资本运营过程中,应将投资与融资活动有机地结合起来,在最佳资本结构下进行融资规划和投资决策,才能有效控制企业财务风险,实现企业价值最大化。通过案例分析,探讨了中小企业投融资一体化决策。 There are some problems that exist in small and medium enterprises, such as unreasonable capital structures, weak financing risk consciousness and lacking overall views on the investment and fmancing policy. This causes＂financing difficulty＂ which has become the bottleneck of restricting the enterprises＇ healthy development. To resolve this problem, it is essential for small and medium enterprises to improve their investment and financing innovation ability . In the process of capital operation, we should combine organically investment and financing activities, and carry on the financing plan and investment decision - making under the best capital structures. Then we can effectively control financial risks and realize value maximization of the enterprises. Through the case analysis, the paper discusses investment and financing integrative policy - making of small and medium enterprises .
